We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Amercian Express cards as payment.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for Tennessee residents at the rate of 9.25%
Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) from receipt of order.
Backorder
If for an unforseen reason, an item is on backorder, you will be notified within 72 hours (3 business days) by email.
Shipping / Handling Fees
Shipping is provided through USPS. First class shipping rates are calculated for standard shipping (2-9 days). Priority Mail (2-3 days)rates are available and usually cost two - three dollars more than first class rates.
(Upon shipment of Priority Mail, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.)
Insurance
All orders are charged a flat insurance fee of $2.05, to guarantee proper delivery. This fee does not include normal postage & shipping fees.
Shipping Refusals
If an order is returned, refused, or no one is available to accept, you will be responsible for the shipment total, shipping fees & reshipping fees (double shipping fees). Plase make arrangements to have your order received.
Returns
elea blake cosmetics put a great deal of care into the hand-crafting of each mineral makeup product. To insure the purity of our products, we are unable to accept any return, specifically relating to the minteral blended makeup.
Please refer to our sampling policy to assist and ensure placing your order.
